Information on use of cookies by d-flight.it

By virtue of General provision by the Guarantor of protection of personal data, issued on 08.05.2014, this document intends to clarify to the User the use of cookies by www.d-flight.it as prepared by d-flight SpA

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by the user sends to his terminal (usually the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit by the same user. During navigation on a site, the user can also receive on his terminal cookies that are sent from different websites or web servers (so-called 'third parties'), on which certain elements may reside (such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) present on the Site that the same is visiting. Cookies, which are usually found in users' browsers in very large numbers and sometimes with features of long temporal persistence, are used for different purposes: computer authentication, session monitoring, storing information on specific configurations regarding users accessing the server, etc.

2. Types of cookies used

The types of cookies used by this website are as follows:

Technical Cookies
This type of cookies allow the correct operation of some sections of the Site. They are of two categories, the persistent one and the session one:

– persistent: once the browser is closed they are not destroyed but remain up to a preset expiration date. – session: they are destroyed every time the browser is closed.

These cookies, always sent from our domain, are necessary to display the Site correctly and in relation to the technical services offered. They will therefore always be used and sent, unless the User modifies the settings in his browser (altering the display of the pages of the Site).
This Site does not use (and does not allow third parties to use) Google analysis tool to monitor or to collect personal identification information. Since the function of anonymisation of the IPs in Analytics is present, Google does not associate the IP address with any other data held by Google nor does it attempt to connect an IP address with the identity of a user.

3. How to disable cookies through browser configuration

Most browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc.) are configured to accept cookies. However, most browsers allow you to control and even disable cookies through browser settings (for example, in Firefox, through the Tools-> Options-> Privacy menu, you can access a control panel where you can define whether or not to accept the different types of cookies and proceed with their removal). However, please note that disabling navigation or functional cookies can cause the site to malfunction and / or limit the service offered.
Disabling "third-party" cookies does not affect browsing in any way.
